Elevate your manufacturing operations with the EasyMark XL, a compact and user-friendly tabletop laser marking and engraving system that offers simplified 3D engraving capabilities. These Class I laser systems are designed for manual loading and unloading, making them ideal for a wide range of applications, from marking and engraving metal parts to processing plastics, rubber, wood, and other organic materials.
The ExactMark 210 is a flexible marking machine that offers the features and performance of larger, more expensive marking systems in a compact and easy-to-use platform. It is ideal for marking small to medium batch sizes of Machine Tools, Consumables, Medical Devices, and Electrical Components. Because it is available with a choice of IR (1064 nm), green (532 nm), or UV (355 nm) lasers, the ExactMark 210 can be configured to produce sharp, high-contrast marks on nearly any material. An optional integrated vision system and a simple user interface eliminate operator subjectivity, delivering excellent results every time.
ExactMark 210 TL is a compact automated tray marking system designed for use in various industries to increase productivity with large batch sizes while reducing labour costs. The ExactMark 210 TL is based on the proven ExactMark platform, featuring a modularised tray loader that accommodates both magazine and stack-type trays (e.g., JEDEC), and optionally, a micro 6-axis robot for part handling. It is intuitive to program and operate thanks to the Laser FrameWork software package.
ExactMark 210 TL is available with a wide choice of lasers (1064/532/355 nm) and accessories, such as PartVision (pre/post inspection vision system) and a barcode reader, that simplifies high-volume applications.
The ExactMark 230 USP is a highly integrated system that combines the PowerLine Rapid NX laser marker and motion hardware with user-friendly software to produce high-contrast permanent marks on materials such as stainless steel, titanium, aluminium and various plastics. All ExactMark 230 USP machines are supplied with a vertical linear motion axis (Z) for focal height adjustment, and can be configured with multiple other axes of motion as options. Control is via an easy-to-use GUI with a 24” (610 mm) touch screen monitor.
The PLS6.150D is a powerful, free-standing laser platform designed for high-performance engraving, marking, and cutting. With support for dual CO₂ lasers up to 150 watts and optional SuperSpeed™ technology, it delivers faster raster imaging and enhanced vector cutting. Its modular design allows rapid reconfiguration of laser sources, while features like High Power Density Focusing Optics and an integrated materials database ensure precision and ease of use across a wide range of materials. It’s a versatile solution for professionals who need speed, flexibility, and reliability in laser processing.
The Coherent PowerLine C sub-system integrates a CO2 laser providing an extensive range of micro material processing applications, like free contour shaping, text or surface structuring of polymers, glass, paper, or natural materials such as leather, vulcanized rubber, or wood.
The wide spectrum of laser powers together with excellent beam quality and scanner deflection head technology allows numerous different kinds of material processing in one system: drilling, cutting, scribing, structuring, or engraving. High processing speeds can be achieved due to the fast scanner heads, high laser power of up to 450 W, and powerful, process enabling control software. Even most complex on-the-fly applications can be achieved in short processing times with excellent quality.
PowerLine E QS Series are air-cooled Class 4 laser marking sub-systems ideal for applications where mark quality, aesthetics and legibility are critical. They combine a diode-pumped, green solid-state laser with high-performance scan¬ning and beam delivery optics, drive electronics, and powerful control software to yield a fast, flexible, and accurate marking platform. The included Visual Laser Marker (VLM) applications software enables mark artwork to be transferred directly from a computer to the marker, and supports a number of sophisti¬cated functions, including marking-on-the-fly and 3D marking, and marking of variable data (bar codes, serial numbers).
