The Cutlite Penta Fiber TUBE laser cutting machine tool automatically allows machining of round, square, rectangular section and open edge tubes. It can be used to process iron, mild steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass and copper tubes. The Fiber TUBE laser system can be customised for tube lengths ranging from 6m to 12m and are powered by IPG fiber lasers from 2kw to 8kw.
Laser tube cutting provides reductions in manufacturing costs and times, even in the case of small batch production. Considerable reduction in cycle times compared to mechanical methods and elimination of deburring processes.
