USP (Ultra Short Pulse) Laser for Demanding Requirements
The Coherent ExactMark 230 USP is a configurable, turn-key laser marking and engraving system which integrates the Coherent PowerLine Rapid NX picosecond laser, motion hardware and user-friendly software to meet the most demanding laser marking requirements. All ExactMark 230 USP laser marking systems are supplied with a vertical linear motion axis (Z) for focal height adjustment and can be configured with multiple other axes of motion as options. Control is via an easy-to-use GUI with a 24” (610 mm) touch screen monitor.
Corrosion-Resistant High-Contrast Laser Marking
Creating a permanent, high contrast laser mark whilst also achieving corrosion resistance (no damage to surface coating) is extremely challenging. With the combination of the state-of-the-art USP laser source and Coherent's laser processing know-how, the ExactMark 230 USP is able to produce these high-contrast, permanent laser marks on materials such as stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and various plastics.
